These terms and conditions apply to the Align Four app (referred to as "Application") created by Obli ("Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. Unauthorized copying, modifying, translating, or creating derivative works of the Application or its trademarks is prohibited. All intellectual property rights belong to the Service Provider.

Service Description

Align Four offers:

Account Registration & UserID

The Application uses Google Sign-In. By signing in, you accept Google's Terms and Privacy Policy.

You get a custom UserID for friend connections. You can change it once. UserIDs must comply with guidelines:

Multiplayer & Social Features

Connection quality depends on users’ internet. The Service Provider is not responsible for connection problems.

You can interact through friend lists, requests, in-game chat, and leaderboards.

Community guidelines require respectful behavior, no harassment, no sharing personal info, and reporting violations.

Premium Services & Purchases

Premium may include unlimited games, ad-free experience, exclusive content, priority support, and MMR protection.

Subscriptions are handled by your app store, with visible pricing and auto-renewal. Manage and cancel via app store.

Refunds follow the app store's policies.

Service Availability & Updates

The Service Provider may update, modify, or suspend the Application anytime. Changes or charges will be communicated.

Device Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for your device's security. Avoid jailbreaking/rooting to prevent security risks and app malfunction.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services with their own terms. See their links:

User Responsibilities & Fair Play

You agree to:

  • Play fairly without cheating or exploits
  • Not manipulate rankings or stats
  • Not create multiple accounts to bypass limits
  • Respect ranked match integrity

Internet Connection & Data Usage

Some features require internet. The Service Provider is not liable for issues caused by your connection or data limits. You accept potential charges by your mobile provider, including roaming fees.

Liability Limitation

The Service Provider limits liability to the fullest extent allowed by law. Not responsible for:

Account Termination

Your account can be suspended or terminated if you:

Updates & Termination

The Application may be updated; you must keep your app updated to continue using it. The Service Provider may stop providing the Application anytime without notice. Upon termination:

  1. Your rights to use the Application end
  2. You must stop using and delete the Application
  3. Premium benefits end
  4. Your data may be deleted after notice

Changes to Terms

These terms may change periodically. Check this page regularly. The Service Provider will notify significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under Italian courts. Before legal action, contact us to resolve issues directly.
